Short version: we collect as little as we can, we never sell it, and we delete it when you ask.

What we collect

• Public business information (your business name, services, hours, service area and Google rating), which we use to build your preview site.
• Anything you send us by email, such as your name, email address, photos and the changes you want.
• Payment details, which are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To build and run your website, answer your emails, process payments and refunds, and send a small number of follow-up emails about your site. If you ask us to stop emailing you, we stop the same day.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to do the work: Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting, and our email provider. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

AI

Fairy Hostmother uses AI tools to build sites and write emails. Your information is used only to do your work.

This website

This site does not use advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may keep basic technical logs (like IP addresses) to keep the site secure and working.
